Lacrima Baccus remains faithful to the effort and experience of several generations, we have incorporated the best technology, necessary to guarantee the quality that distinguishes our products, to the traditional manufacturing methods. Baccus, the Roman God of wine par excellence, guided us in the cultivation of the vine and in the elaboration of wine.

The Uggiano winery was founded in the early 70’s in the Castle of Montespertoli, with vineyards spread over rolling hillsides at an altitude of 250 to 300 meters among several Tuscan villages. All the wines produced in our winery are skillfully overseen by a professional team of oenologists, constantly engaged in the pursuit of excellence in quality.

Quality can only be achieved if you start with great fruit. This philosophy has been paramount in selecting which vineyards are the sources used to showcase our amazing Bougetz wines. While our emphasis is on Bordeaux varieties from Napa Valley (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon), we do cross the mountains into Sonoma to source Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley). The ultimate goal is to deliver well-balanced wines that express the true nature of the fruit and site.

For former NFL Quarterback Drew Bledsoe, owning a winery has been a longtime aspiration that allows him to combine his passion for fine wine and love of the Walla Walla Valley, his hometown. Drew returned in 2007 to plant his original estate vineyard. The following year, Drew and his wife, Maura, launched Doubleback, an estate-focused winery with the goal to produce world-class Cabernet Sauvignon.

Va Piano crafts some of the finest reds in the Walla Walla
region. A lot of hard work goes into making these wines, but we have a lot of fun at it too. We encourage you to join us: kick back, relax, and enjoy Va Piano, some of the best wine Washington State has to offer. Five generations of Wylies have made Walla Walla home and after the work is done, we’re not going anywhere. |
The family behind the Barlow Vineyards label are farmers at heart. They have farmed their estate in the Napa Valley since they purchased the land in 1994. Coming together as if following a recipe out of a cook book, Warren Barlow Smith, a salesman, and Jeanne Smith, an accountant and financial manager, along with their son Barr Smith, a Geology major, and daughter-in-law Ann Smith, a Botany major, formed the family behind the vineyard estate and wines.

The Old World, the New World, and the terroir. This is the tale of Two Birds. The first comes from New World distant horizons, the second is born in the heart of the Old-World winemaking area. This tale reflects the story of the head winemaker: after traveling the world gaining experience in South America, South Africa, and Australia, she has now settled back in France to create this range of extraordinarily fruity and approachable wines.
The Isenhower wines are our highest level wines and are made in limited quantities. Vineyards are carefully selected and monitored by Brett Isenhower. The vineyards have an excellent reputation for producing quality wines every year. Brett checks and verifies many different metrics in the vineyards, fermentations, and resulting wine to achieve wines that have a lightness of touch and depth of character.

The Campet Ste Marie range is one of pure authenticity. It is named after the specific terroir on which the grapes are grown. Indeed, they are sourced from small and hilly vineyards, that the French call “Campets”. These “Campets” offer the best conditions for the production of ripe and fruit-forward wines.
These wines come from the far southwest of the Languedoc region, nestled by the Pyrenees foothills. The vineyards greatly benefit from a wide temperature range from day to night and Oceanic influences, with fresh morning breezes. |

All of the Clamens wines are predominantly made from a grape unique to Fronton: Négrette. By pairing it with Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, the chateau creates original and complex wines. They emanate from very diverse soils that provide a strong, powerful character - both the old river bed of the Tarn and Garonne lie beneath the vineyards. Today, Château Clamens is the only winery in Fronton, which covers three municipalities and two départements.
